Are you looking for a new home in 2018?






We all know that there is a dire shortage of housing in Dublin, so the question Madeline Lyons of the Irish Times asked last week was, will 2018 be the year when supply finally begins to meet demand?
The Irish Times has complied a list of the more than 140 new homes schemes launching this year or rolling out new phases.

Of the 140 schemes launching throughout the country, 7 are in Co. Wicklow with 4 of these in Greystones.  The total number of new homes over the 7 developments are 273 not including some apartments being built at The Shore scheme, Marina Village in Greystones.
